At Bloomy, we stand behind every scoop. If something goes wrong, we make it right.

The Protein Hater's Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through. Even if the tub is half empty.

To initiate a return or refund, email us at hello@bloomy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within one business day.

Conditions for Returns

Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a Bloomy error — wrong item, damaged shipment, or missing product.

Opened products are still eligible for a refund under the Protein Hater's Guarantee. If you tried it and genuinely didn't like it, contact us with your order number and we'll refund you. We don't want the tub back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscription Cancellations

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime with one click from your account page. No phone calls, no chatbots, no guilt trips. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before every upcoming shipment so nothing catches you off guard.

Exceptions

We are unable to offer refunds or returns on orders placed more than 30 days prior to the request, or on products that have been tampered with or stored in a manner inconsistent with the storage instructions on our packaging.
