Processing Time
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS. Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $50. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is available on all orders. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Packaging
Every Bloomy order is packaged in a protective mailer designed to keep your product safe during transit. Protein powder is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration or cold-chain shipping. Your product will not degrade under normal shipping conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on bloomy.com. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Shipping Days
Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at hello@bloomy.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and, upon confirmation, ship a replacement order at no additional charge.
